For most people, 4-6 sessions of 1:1 coaching is sufficient to make changes in one or more areas.  These sessions can be face to face, by phone or Skype; weekly or every 2 to 3 weeks.  On completion, follow up sessions are available. 

Sessions are around 40 minutes to 1 hour long for adults and young people (up to 30 minutes for children dependent on age). Discounts are available for some packages.
